1. I DO NOT double book (please note when scheduling or rescheduling your appointment).
2. Please call if you are running late or need to cancel. If you are late (15 minutes or more) without contacting me, your appointment will be cancelled.
3. The salon is a professional environment, so I do not talk on the phone over clients and I prefer that clients aren't on the phone throughout the service either (quick calls or texting is fine)
4. Every new client will be asked several questions about their hair history, in an effort to provide the best service for you. NOTE: For first time clients that I book over the phone, I ALWAYS ask for a text confirming your appointment. If I do not receive the text then the appointment is not booked (first time only).
5. Please do not bring guests with you who are not being serviced (some exceptions for children)
